Not to me to answer but 2009 will be a crucial year on this topic, organizations with offices in the different countries have problem with communication, so you need ICT tools to work together, commercial solutions like Yahoo groups and Google groups have provided solutions but Development Organization already provided since 2001 a tool called Dgroups. Next year we will move to a new platform which can be found at D2 but in February it can be found at the original url.
